In advance of the 2025 season the club asks all members to confirm their membership details.

We know that the season, cold and windy but very successful as it was, has only recently finished but thoughts turn to winter training and the 2025 season.

So that our records are up to date we ask all members to confirm the details that we have for them, and where relevant any children, on Spond.

So you will receive a Spond message in the app or an email, possibly both, with a link. Clicking the link will take you to the application form with the details pre filled. If all is good you just need to send the form. If not then you need to use the app to make changes to the profile before going to the form again to send. Alternatively you can email membership@chippingsodburyucc.co.uk with the changes and we will make them for you.

All should be pretty clear, but if not please just send an email. If we don't hear from you we will chase this up, but ultimately we will remove you from our database.
