The Gloucestershire Cricket Foundation has asked that the club shares a survey with our adult playing membership.

CSCC encourages all our players to complete the survey.

Some context from the GCF:

Earlier in the year we launched our GRACE EDI Action Plan which outlined our determined commitment and expectation that cricket in Gloucestershire is for all.

The aim of the surveys is to help us understand our progress and the impact our quarterly actions and targets have had on cricket clubs and the experience of individuals playing cricket.  The results will show us who plays for our teams, who is serving on your committees and who is volunteering at your club.  Furthermore, it will provide individuals and clubs with the opportunity to share their experiences and suggested areas that cricket in Gloucestershire can develop.

The results will help us to shape our 2023 GRACE Action Plan and continue our journey to ensure that everyone feels that cricket in Gloucestershire and the City of Bristol is a welcoming and inclusive game.
