As you have probably realised it is now 2024, and so memberships need to be renewed.  At the AGM it was agreed that these would be frozen at 2023 levels, the details of which can be found on the club website under: club -> costs .

Payment requests are going out based on 2023 membership types, with a bit of tweaking for age.  These will be seen in the Spond App.

Standing Orders will be reviewed at the end of January, and the payment request for those paying in that way will be marked as 'paid' during February.

Membership cards continue to be the property of the member, that is, they aren't reissued each year; but member discounts will stop at the end of March if membership is not renewed.  They will of course be reactivated when subs are paid in full or SOs set up.

Also, winter nets are about to start.  These are included in the full membership sub (£240, £180, £120, with family discounts) but will be charged at £5 a session for anyone not on full membership.

While on the subject of membership cards, it is now possible to load these with money.  This is beneficial to the club as it reduces card transaction payments, but it also speeds up transactions and, probably most importantly, allows parents and guardians to send children to the bar without a debit card.
