This page details the personal information held, used, and passed on by the Club, with special regard for Date Protection Legislation and in particular the GDPR. The personal information that members provide to the club is held digitally. As of 2022 the club stores personal in three places, each detailed below, the information requested being for the purpose of providing cricketing activities as well as associated social events. Relevant information will be shared with team managers, team captains (senior sides) and Club Officers as appropriate. There are also times when we have to provide information to other parties for example the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), these are listed below. Where possible the Club will utilise systems where the member, or guardian, has control over their personal data. If any member doesn’t wish for their information to be held on these systems then they should notify the membership secretary, such a decision may impact the effectiveness of communications.
